Dylan as Star Student

Dylan was recently Star Student in his Kindergarten class. This is always such a special opportunity for the children, but especially for Dylan since he was able to bring his cat and his Grandpa in. Kelsey, of course, joined us from her class for all of the fun. Grandpa came in and told some stories and sung songs for the class. We really are so blessed to have such an amazing person in our lives! We love you, Dad!

Dylan's Field Trip to Pizza

I was recently able to go on a field trip with Dylan's class to Mountain Mikes Pizza. It was SO much fun seeing Dylan interact with his friends. I enjoyed every minute of it! He is such a clown!

Old Friends Make Me SO Happy!!!!

I was recently able to meet up with some old friends! I had not seen Polly since Jr. High. She is was the same amazing person, with the same adorable personality, and cute dimples! I love my dear friend, Polly. I was also able to see Lindsay, a gal that probably knows me better than I know myself. No matter how much time passes..we never skip a beat! I am so grateful to have you as friends!!! Can't wait to meet up again...Let's not wait 17 years this time! Polly you always have a place in Calli!!!

FHE Kite Night

They're 3 things that Bryan does not like our kids to have; balloons, kites, and umbrellas. You can imagine his reaction when I brought home deluxe kites and informed him it was kite night. Check out the look on his face in this pic!!! 

St. Patrick's Day 2009

The leprechauns played tricks on us over here in the Fairchild House for St. Patty's Day. They rearranged furniture and moved things around the house to random places. The kids enjoyed green eggs, green donuts, green butter, and shamrock cheese and sandwiches for lunch. 

Brittany's Bday

We had so much fun celebrating Brittany's bday with yummy food and great friends. We need a good Mexican food place in EDH! Who would have thought we would shut the place down, especially on a school night! Don't let our mom " fronts" fool you! Luv u madly, Britt!

Chili Recipe???

Does anyone have a tried and true chili recipe? I have been looking for one for at least 2 years now.....My husband would greatly appreciate it!!!:)
